Rev flashes take a period of time to work, so if you want to force someone to be converted you have to get them still somehow.

Is it otherwise similar to the flash from before in the other aspects (stuns like a standard flash, can't be used to convert people to revs if used by regular revs, can be blocked by welder masks and sunglasses, etc.)? Just checking.

Hello, revolution mode now requires 15 players to be "ready" as the round starts. This is a similar mechanism to the blob min player requirement that some of you might remember.
