Make holy water turn into normal water when inside the same container as smoke powder

A bottle of holy water usually spawns in the chapel anyway, so you can make it. Plenty of other chems use SR though, so I feel like removing the recipe would be really annoying and not a good idea.
Personally, I don't feel like it's really an issue to have holy water easily made, but then again, I hardly ever play vampire. Judging by my ingame experiences against vampires and what some other people wrote in this thread, I feel like holy water really isn't *that* debilitating for vampires, if they're not still really weak. And at the point where vampires are still weak, people are unlikely to spray holy water everywhere.

Replace current holy water with imitation holy water that only makes vompers kinda itchy and injects a bit of histamine, and add in a new holiest water that can only be made through chaplain blessing and does what holy water does now.
