I think the left-side gene console is tied with the Environmental switch on the Genetics APC, and not the Equipment switch. Nice if you want to piss off *just one* geneticist.

Cog2 is currently missing a fat&sassy space bee in it's arrivals security checkpoint. Remedy this at once.

Did you check if they were off work? Can't be a busy bee all day, especially when you're that fat and sassy.
It spawns at that trader bee's ship sometimes.
The various pod hangars are missing ship component fabricators.
The Bottles in a Crate in the Hydroponics closet with the still only has the little round chemical bottles that you can't drink out of? On cogmap1 it has a bunch of round bottles and a bunch of beer bottles.

one of the arrows on the icon for the gas mixer faces the wrong way. this fixes it (icons/obj/machinery/atmospherics/mixer.dmi)

In Crew Quarters A (the little lounge next to arrivals) on cogmap2, there's an table with an air vent sticking out of it. It's hidden by a cutlery box.
In Toxins, both combustion chambers' gas sensors are named GAS_BOTTOM, so the only way to read from them is by entering their numbers.
