[FEATURE] more punchable clowns and cluwnes

Clowns and cluwnes now make noises when abused.

This cannot possibly go wrong.

I could've sworn I unstaged those files in sourcetree before making the commit. Ergh.

I'm on mobile right now, is there some way to clean that up using the github site?

Can I make a minor suggestion? Add a chance that a piece of candy occasionally falls out of them when hit

It is on tg station I think where clowns also honk if you step on them while they are on the ground. Even dead ones.

There was a certain round recorded on youtube by Blackpantslegion where there was a real clown invasion from the cargo shuttle. Crates full of Admin-spawned NPC clowns that multiplied in all direction by the means of some sort of "clown bomb" or something. It was a real honk fest as they walked over piles and piles of dead, yet still honking, clowns. 

I like that idea.
