Give the AI some way to tell when a camera is cut

As opposed to just loudly cursing SS13's shitty camera interface while fumbling around with the directional keys.

(making the camera interface less hitler would also be good)

open the 'show camera list' and any deactivated camera has [deactivated] next to it.

e.g. "chapel 1 [deactivated]"

this is already a thing

yeah but that's sometimes a mess. for example if the camera was destroyed via explosions, you just skirt around it and it's hard to tell, but i think the camera list still tells you, but if someone cut it, the camera has static. maybe we should have more than one step to deactivate and reactivate cameras. a lot of other servers need like, screwdriving and then wirecutters or something, but theres not much point

Please do not do this as it's hard enough to deal with a supercop AI when trying to traitor, I had a whole round ruined on the RP server because of it. They don't need to know.
