The window goes up more each time you open it, at least for me. I've found that you can move the window down to the bottom of the screen before you close it and it won't creep up over the top the next time you open it.

The creep itself is some weird obscure byond bug/oversight. The inability to re-snap the window into the view is the fault of new-style-popups.

It's fixable and I have some good ideas for it I just need to get off (or...on?) my rotund ass and implement it.

I've only seen this happen when I'm holding a direction and click on my pda popup. (Usually because I'm trying to run around and multitask)
Could that help to fix it?
