Teleport Gun Lock-on Issue

Apparently, teleguns can only detect teleporters if the main teleporter on station is already locked onto a beacon. I built the diner teleporter, but the gun wouldn't detect it. I teleported to the main station teleporter, and set a location there. I tried again, and surprisingly, the gun actually detected BOTH teleporters.

This issue (and other telegun bugs) should be resolved.
