Allow borgs to climb down ladders

Just allow borgs to fall down ladders and lose two limbs

Or just have it display some dumb text

"Syndicate Spy drone 4.4 activates it's built in magnet system allowing it to safely slide down the ladder"

The only reason it was deemed ~a feature~ originally is because it's kinda funny you have to take the borg apart and then together again to get it up and down ladders, but really, just let them climb them. Who gives a shit?
