mechcomp beaker component

i'll keep this short -- a component that puts down chemicals.
all it does is simple, it's placed with a facing direction in mind, and has three action inputs, and a fourth one for unit amount. you MUST put in a beaker with reagents inside, or it'll either beep angrily (in the case of no beaker) or boop sadly (beaker is empty).
1. splash -- splashes X units of whatever's in the holding beaker in front of it, throwing the contents onto anyone caught in front of it
2. pour -- pours X units of whatever's in the holding beaker in front of it, without splashing it onto anyone that might be in that tile
3. drop -- pours ALL of the holding beaker's contents into its tile.
4. unit amount -- selects how much units splash and pour will use. defaults to 10.

Ooh, I've been wanting a component like this for a while for some project ideas, however I'm not sure how well balanced it would be considering you can splash 100u of clf3 instantly onto anyone who even enters a room, causing major room damage if avoided and major burn damage if stepped on

i suppose a windup could fix this issue? 0.5s before it actually moves the contents and performs the action might work
