New miscreant objectives

Forget break into the brig, the objective should be "Break the Brig". tear open holes from the bathroom. Hotwire open all the doors, and drop the bolts. Scatter toolbelts and tasers willy-nilly inside. By the end of the round, it should be completely impossble to keep anyone inside the brig if they don't wanna be in there.

The problem with making a terrible "destroy the brig" objective is it messes with security too much.

I would rather prefer it if someone can find a way to sneak into brig, run passed security, or bribe an officer in order to show up announced or steal the vuvuzella, banana peel, and harmonica or something.

Not tick off every officer, but just tiptoe up to the line of not messing with security and then trying to balance on that line with clown shoes.
