Let people set their own avatars on the forums

I wanna keep the tradition, however I also wouldn't mind having a character as an avatar. My suggestion would be sending your avatar's front view in the thread and allowing it to be used as an alternative pic. This would be frowned upon but allowed (you no fun, bee disliking cowards, be a man and spin the dice)

I like the idea of having these random avatars be set by the admins.

Unless we can make a request and have it be turned into something as beautiful as what happend to this misplaced post

I completely support requesting your own avatar, at the caveat that the admin setting the avatar fulfills the request with their own artistic interpretation.

Half the fun is seeing what avatar the forum gods decide to give you. I personally love mine. Always have and always will.
