Trivial Moving in fluids prevents soulsteel objects from animating

Moving in fluids once prevents living objects (whether from wraith, soulsteel, or anima) from doing the spooky float animation.

The issue is that it doesn't float again even after leaving the fluid.

The new animation overrides the old animation. When the new animation ends, our system doesn't know to re-apply the old animation (that information isn't tracked). This could be fixed but it's definitely non-trivial.
