Moving in fluids prevents soulsteel objects from animating - MrMagolor - 10-03-2018

Moving in fluids once prevents living objects (whether from wraith, soulsteel, or anima) from doing the spooky float animation.

this is due to how byond / our animation handling works

we can't easily combine animations

The issue is that it doesn't float again even after leaving the fluid.

The new animation overrides the old animation. When the new animation ends, our system doesn't know to re-apply the old animation (that information isn't tracked). This could be fixed but it's definitely non-trivial.
