Got some more ideas.

Crate Name: Novelty Clothing Crate (tweaked)
Crate Cost: 15,000
Crate Contents: 15x assorted jumpsuits, jackets, hats, etc. (random)
Misc/Notes: A tweak to the already existing novelty clothing crate, but the clothing selection is now randomly picked from a list of interesting and/or gimmicky-looking clothing, including rarely-seen outfits that can't be found in any way other than admin spawning.

Crate Name: Musician's Crate
Crate Cost: 5000
Crate Contents: 8x assorted instruments
Misc/Notes: Want to start a space band? This is the crate for you.

Maybe we can make the QM console emaggable, which results in a 'black market' of high-priced crates becoming available on the QM menu, such as:

Crate Name: Dangerous Animals Crate
Black Market: Yes
Crate Cost: 15000 or 25000
Crate Contents: 6x assorted deadly creatures
Misc/Notes: Marked as a normal animal crate, a nasty surprise that is great for causing mayhem in a specific area. Or committing assisted suicide.

I like the idea of some "Black Market" crates. Here's a quick idea.

Crate Name: Legally Obtained Replacement Parts
Black Market: Yes
Crate Cost: 15000
Crate Contents: 1-3x Hearts, 1-3x Brains, 2-5x Eyeballs, 1-3x Legs, 1-3x Arms, 1-2x Butts, 0-1x Heads, 0-1x Skulls, 3-4x Gibs, 4-6x Misc Organ things, like Old Kidney or Grody Thing.
Misc/Notes: The crate is smudged and dented, and space flies swarm around it, probably attracted to the smell of rotting flesh. Is that blood?

Crate Name: Womanizer's seduction kit
Crate Cost: 5000
Crate Contents: 1 Stainless steel katana (using that katana sprite arborinus made a while back) that deals damage comparable to a knife, 1 fedora, 1 dress shirt, and a book entitled Codes of Chivalry
Misc/Notes: Warning those who purchase this crate will find members of the opposite sex suddenly and desperately attracted to them. Jiggles Junk is not responsible for any injuries resulting from proper or improper use.

I have to say, I like how you can turn a profit by reselling cargo pizza to Buford.
It's so minor that you'd be wasting time trying to fund the station via taking advantage of someone's munchies, but it's funny anyways.

yes. it unlocks an expensive crate you can buy with some traitor gear in and clues in any ai, borg, or qm who looks at the console after about what youre up to

Job starter kit crates:

Cost: Whatever the starting pay for the job in question is *10

Contains: The roundstart equipment for whichever job you ordered

Misc Notes: A standard Nanotrasen "specialist equipment" resupply crate.

The clown crate should have a chance to contain a desiccated corpse like Wraith suggested, and the staff assistant crate should have a chance to spawn with a live staff assistant NPC in it instead of the equipment.

How about being able to order specific items as well as crates? For example, you could search for an item that was needed (I.E cleaner grenades), but you only need those, and one more thing, like more spergerti noodles. You could buy a crate of just those, even though there's no singular pack with those specific items.

Also...

GuardBuddy construction kit:

- 5 GuardBuddy chassis
- 5 GuardBuddy mainboards
- 5 Assorted GuardBuddy attachments
- Cardlocked (Roboticist or Research Director)

Because you can never have too many Buddies!

Hah. A large, static crate that gobbles you up when you open it. It'd be the adult form of the toolbox mimics.

Granted, that'd be more a traitor item or something you find in space/telsci.

When you've got a QM a small as the one on Destiny, I'm not sure how the Y-Drone is really going to get around.
And if you wanna be really dangerous just make it include one of the Four Drones of the Apocalypse.

There's no way of knowing exactly what's in a randomized crate before you open it, right? Perhaps there could be a way to use some kind of quantum science waveform voodoo magic to influence what was always in there in the first place. That way you can have an animal crate contain more parrots than anything else, or be full of bears or dead cats.
