Brig flusher improvement

Actually, these floor flushers would be incredibly useful to the Janitor. They put any items on it directly into pipes. Maybe these could be in the Janitor's office with a switch for safety. You open a trash cart over it, then open the flusher, and it takes all the items except the cart. Quick and easy unloading of trash.
