hmmm. so, you want it to be like bedsheets wrapped around a rod? like a padded toy bat? just bedsheets or will any cloth item like jumpsuits work? fabrics and cloths can come in so many different colors. i may have to go about and collect color samples from various bedsheets and uniforms

i guess modified and recolored stun baton held sprites will do the trick for the held sprites.

I'd say bedsheets only, or the material you get from ripping them up. I think if it's white filters can be applied to it to change the color? (Someone correct me if I'm wrong on this)

I can also imagine people dipping these in welding fuel and setting them on fire to make a torch if you wanna take that into account.

Definitely, though I hope in game terms it stays as a pure stamina lowering weapon for a nice knockout alternative to the more deadly extinguisher or toolbox. Though maybe repeated hits should give people brain damage

a blackjack would be monumentally helpful for taking antagonists & critters alive
a method of anesthetizing npcs and such without beating them half to death/setting up complex anaesthetic would be cool

sprite sheet updated. i thought about what was requested and decided that the wrench would make a good base for it.

step 1. wrap the wrench head with coil to add weight. the insulation may also help cushioning slightly

step 2. wrap a bedsheet or other fabric over

step 3. tie it off with a little more coil

can be easily destroyed with a snip of wirecutters that makes it fall back apart into a wrench, fabric, and cable coils

the standing sprite is basically just a stun baton with a slightly puffier, recolored knobby bit

you can remove step 1 if u think that intermediate forms of an object complicate things too much

i also collected some colored bedsheets for color reference in case this will be implemented, but i do not want to recolor it a bunch of times just for it to sit around unused.

ive decided that the pipe gun should be called a "pipe assembly" and when you examine it you get a description to the effect of "someone slapped some pipes together and welded a couple other bits of metal on. wait a minute, is this supposed to be some kind of gun?"

The slamfire shotgun is the single most SS13 weapon I've seen

even the piping and welds on that one guy's build looked like someone cobbled it together in a hurry, holy shit

hello my friends. if you have seen any youtube videos or pix of a pipegun or airgun or anything that looks cooler than what i have provided, feel free to show them to me here and i may try to sprite them, since it seems the sprites i have provided are not sufficiently pleasing enough to get ingame even after all this time

also i would love to see my nice traders trading things frown

why have faceless generic name traders when you could have these handsome folk

if u need more downsides to my fine firearms consider : maybe u take 1 brute damage when firing because it hurts ur shoulder a lil bit. and unless u are wearing gloves u take 1 burn damage extracting the hot shell to load in a fresh one
