Pretty simple idea; we have basically every other surgery tool manufacturable in the Medical Fabricator, why not the hemostat?

Alternatively, have it available in one of the medical supplies crates via the QM, or let the mechanic's device analyser work on it.

Never even knew what a hemostat was until I saw this. Good call on putting it in the fabber!
