Splashed reagent puddles/piles

When you splash a reagent on the floor/throw a glass/etc it leaves no trace of it behind, even though scanning that tile shows the reagents

What it SHOULD do is take a colour value the same way as Beakers do, apply that to a lil' puddle sprite, and show up physically on the floor

I would sprite this, but the piss puddle sprite is essentially this idea applied to chemistry.

I actually ran into a few small practical and balance issues whilst trying to write a patch for this, I'll see if i can continue this on a rainy day or something.
