Electric Arcs Should Emit Light

Currently, electrical arcs (From things like Overpowered APCs, Voltagen, Power Gloves, ect.) give off no light. With the new lighting system, I could imagine it looking rather great.

I suppose this all comes down the limitations of the byond. The electric arcs look fairly procedural, so I wouldn't be surprised if lighting them causes lag or other problems. Also, there seem to be a billion other projects going on right now, making this a rather low priority if its possible.

Without lag being addressed first I can't say I'd be happy with more crazy lightshows adding to it.

But yeah sure, if devs can guarantee It's not going to murder the server.

It's easily possible and very cheap in the upcoming v4 of our lighting system. I'll see if I can get it in.
