You could knock them out, take their blood and use it to make some stable mutagen to turn yourself into them, then inject them with prepared stable mutagen turning them into you.

I once got away with murder by telling a sec officer that I found some traitor gear on my victim. (was traitor, so I just needed to report the body as something they shouldn't revive.)
