You can't use a Camera Monitor if you're buckled in a chair

I did this with the comfy chair in the HoS' office. I couldn't use the camera monitor while buckled in.

Well I dunno, it was just really weird, I noticed it, so I posted it. I wanted to be buckled in because I was 100 units drunk and stumbling around and didn't want to accidentally leave the safe corner I was hiding in.

When buckled into a chair you cannot observe any cameras using the hand camera monitor.
