I did this with the comfy chair in the HoS' office. I couldn't use the camera monitor while buckled in.

Buckled in.
As in, handcuffs were around your hands.
And these handcuffs were tied to the chair.
Seems like you wouldn't be able to operate a computer like this.

Well I dunno, it was just really weird, I noticed it, so I posted it. I wanted to be buckled in because I was 100 units drunk and stumbling around and didn't want to accidentally leave the safe corner I was hiding in.
