Complaint I feel like i was unfairly treated by Leah the tech

So i was contacted by Leah in game and she said || Hey, you're on a roleplay server. Don't use textspeak or complain about people breaking the rules in-character. If people are actually breaking the rules then ahelp them. I know you know this because you've already been banned for it once || I responded with || im a little bit confused on when i was banned for using textspeach and i didnt actually know they broke a rule i was just being salty because they were rude in rp. I was talking about NT laws || Then Leah said this || Suure you were, just try to keep in-character and out of character saltiness separate, okay? || I responded with || So your calling me a liar now? Got it thanks Leah || she just said || Yep, I am :P|| I really dont know what i did in this situation to make me a liar but i was telling the full truth and i really dont think that just telling someone they are a liar is a good way to handle any situation but that could just be me i guess.

Okay so, in order:
You were previously permanently banned from the roleplay server for repeatedly refusing to follow the RP rules (the RP rules include not using text speak and staying in character, which I refuse to believe you don't know by now, given how many times you've been warned for breaking RP rules).
You then appealed and were unbanned, then perma-banned from all servers again (twice apparently?) for general griefing.

During this round you were arrested by security and said "wtf" "this is honestly bullshit" "nah man fuck yall" "this is straight up against the rules"
I then asked you to stop using textspeak and not accuse people of breaking the rules in-character, to which you responded saying you were "just being salty because they were rude" and then several minutes later added "i was talking about NT Rules".
I gently implied you may not have been telling the truth there, but I also didn't push it and let you off with a warning. I think this was reasonable and within the bounds of acceptable snark, but that could just be me I guess.

You seem to be mistaken considering i wasnt arrested at first i spawned in the brig and got harassed by the HoP when i asked to get out and i dont even know why he was in there and got thrown around, then when i accidentally hit him ONCE he pulled out his phaser and started shooting at me for one. For two i was permanently banned for griefing not RP rules. And for three the "wtf" "this is honestly bullshit" "nah man fuck yall" "this is straight up against the rules" was all said because i was being thrown around, but apparently because im a liar thats just my opinion right?

It doesn't matter why you were in the brig or what was happening at the time, you are still required to stay in-character on the roleplay servers. If you were being mistreated by security then I'd encourage you to ahelp to tell us about it, but you didn't do that.
You are being asked to do the bare minimum required to play on the server you chose to join.

You have been banned 5 times, plus an additional active RP server-only ban.
Of those bans, 3 of them specifically mention the RP rules.
Your active ban from the RP servers contains:
"Due to constant refusal to follow the roleplay rules despite many warnings and multiple bans, you have been banned from the roleplay servers..."

So, no. You've been banned for griefing in addition to not being able to follow the RP rules.

I understand that but like i already said in the first place to you i didnt know they were breaking an actual rule and everything i was doing and saying was in RP, if they were breaking a rule which im assuming they did so why not talk to them?
And again you keep gently implying that im lying by saying (you are still required to stay in-character on the roleplay servers) even though i have explained to you i was RPing multiple times. Its your choice to gently imply that im lying which is nothing i can control.

You were never actually unbanned from the RP servers, you were just able to join due to a glitch (which has now been fixed). Considering this entire interaction I think it's probably best if you stick to classic for the time being.

Okay well this is awkward but we've figured out where the confusion surrounding your bans was coming from. You were never actually unbanned from the RP servers, you were just able to join due to a glitch (which has now been fixed). Considering this entire interaction I think it's probably best if you stick to classic for the time being.
Genuine apologies for the confusion though.

okay so because you think i lied now i have to stay on classic even though i feel as if i have proved to be able to play on RP severs now and i cant even appeal till august. How is this fair in any way

Your appeal thread stated that you would be allowed back, on condition of being permanently banned from the RP servers:

I have lifted your ban since you seem to understand that you were griefing, but going forward you are permanently banned from the Roleplay servers (3 and 4). You may still play on the Classic servers (1 and 2). I hope that you have actually read the rules this time in order to make your appeal, because you are on incredibly thin ice and should be very careful in the future.

this again is you saying im lying i was RPing by saying they broke the rules i meant laws, i was gonna see if there was any lawers on to represent my case but thats to late now
