I kinda miss old mechanics components. I feel like that concept of things being made of lots of little things had unrealized potential as a means of crafting jury rigged tech or modding others

I miss Horizon.
Let me fall into the mining ore chute again, let me visit that wonderful kitchen again. Cargo's vibes were, and remain to be unmatched by any other maps. I miss Horizon, even if nobody else does. It was the first map I ever made a player-made vending machine on, and the map where I got kicked out of science for blowing it up too many times as a newbee. Some may say Clarion was better, but I say those people are wrong. Give me back my long station, tall stations have been done to death.
Pouring one out to my favorite map this evening, Horizon.

I miss having Ghost chilli juice straight from the vine of Fiery Chilis it disappeared before nettles arrived but something tells me, it was a necessary change.. I still miss it though.
I miss being able to get fiery chilis by infusing a chili seed with phlog, I don't know if its an oversight bug or broken code, but it made bartender/chef requests a little easier/quicker when it was doable.
I miss disaster rounds happening on the daily. I'm just a sucker for emotional terrorism and an incredibly competent and capable staff force being humbled.
I miss the daily borgs going full rogue/murder machines.
