There could be a tab in every traitors pda for this and it randomly picks 3 gimmicks for each traitor to choose from

I got 3 other ideas in mind:
1: gimmick kits are just outfits.
You get 1 outfit for free... since most people who want to "go full traitor like "Agent Tray-torn" in a syndie space suit. Has to get money, Agent ID and then go to the listening post. So why not just add a Syndie styled outfit if you want to go full traitor mode via this?

2: The gimmick kits are only found at the listening post.
Insted of spending your TC at the station, grab something from the listening post using your TC for your gimmick kit.

3: Gimmick kits is an item you can buy with TC, but insted of it spawning on your location... it will go somewhere off station to be picked up.

I like the idea of outfits and I feel like they'd fit into some kind of antagonist job reward that for certain things so that it isn't limited to just traitors. 
Though I think this idea in itself could be made into a separate thread titled something like "Antagonist drip" or something.

i like the idea of giving more use to the listening post, but also dropping  your kits somewhere off-station would be fun. either way, all three of these ideas sound like a good compromise
