Update the detectives security records

The detective typically has security record filing cabinets in his office and in detnet, these still use old gui and dont guess misspellings like the security terminals do, it would be nice if these were updated or just replaced with security terminals,

Replace it with security terminals.

DO NOT update it to allow misspellings and errors.
The reason being the old gui is faster in changing stats around at random.
Like yeesh... if a traitor det and a security officer are both editing records, you bet your sweet pipi the fact the det has done 5 edits before the security officer completed 2.

But it becomes the terminal, then I got 0 problems.
