This was made by me, its basically 4 graviton acerators that go in a loop, my creation was my own device, i got hit by a crate full of monkie corpses, then i got brought back, and the captain made it fully automatic, it was glorious

I was there that round, pretty sure it was two (canbomb)canisters pressurized way over their limits with bomb mix. Open walls allowed it to spread almost instantly everywhere on the station. I was running right past medbay when it started.

It was what true hell is like.

Edit: Oh hey that was actually my burning body in the stock room, the one safe refuge I found away from the flames but alas, it was not enough.
