Minor pod locking mechanism broken

When i try to set or a new code to a safe or pod it always shows ERR! like i tried to guess a password (and no when i try to set a code to them i don't get a beep or boop).it is like a non existant code you need to guess to set a code/new code to your safe/pod. The remove the pod lock mechanism and place it back didn't work. I can unlock pods and safes and lock them too (if they had a pre existing codelock on them) i just can't set the code to them. 
Becouse i can't set my pods code i'm overprotective of them and leave them rarely or park the close so i can keep an eye on them. I usualy make custem pods for my self.

some basic troubleshooting steps:

1) Are you specifically using the "set lock code" command?

2) have you tried not using letters in the pod code? I've been noticing that letters seemed to be erroring out safes lately

1) yes.

2) yes i tried using letters in the the code, only numbers works ( just tried the only number thing)
