I think the butt limbcritter should be a buttslug and be immovable entirely or at least very slow.

It would have the ability to expel intestines and reel in victims to gnaw with its mighty butt-teeth like the barnacles from HL1 and HL2.

Perhaps if someone was stupid enough to place it on their head the buttslug could take over the body but otherwise immobile.
