This was an idea that someone mentioned once in a Sec thread and I think it's worth revisiting
Having a handful of players that the Captain nows they can trust is more useful than possibly inaccurate list of people that might be antags
It gives them a pool to recruit from if Sec is lacking and they need to deputize a few crewmen

Already exists. A report saying "There's a 7% chance this person is an antag" is the equivalent of "There's a 93% chance this person is not an antag". Its just down to RNG.
Also security is already guaranteed to be good.

Guaranteed to not be an antag... good is subjective.

I find it's pretty accurate. Each time I've joke-squealed about people on the printout, after the AI bolts them in, they turn out to be antags!
