[Feature] Hats special ability

I added all of the stuff mentioned in this post with an additional thing I thought of along the way. So the normal stuff is this:

- add papers/cash to a hat
- hold hat in hand, click with off-hand to draw a lot
- click in hand to empty all contents
- If you punch someone while wearing a hat containing items, an item will fall out sometimes. //edit. currently this only works for the HoS beret. Can make it any hat though...
- Added a dumb wizard "spell" as a joke.

There was some noises in the background on my computer when recording this, I have no idea what it is or where it was from at the time of this writing.

You're right, it does look a little weird. I changed it so that now the paper should fall out *after* the punch and the text should make sense.
