Water-cooled AI
#1
What if the AI was water cooled?

The AI chamber contains a cold loop. It starts set up and turned on. The AI will take damage if the cold loop temp is too high. Gives a new way to mess with the AI.

It's not like it's a bad idea, but I don't think we need more ways to mess with the AI; they get enough shit as it is.

The AI is very easy to mess with as it is. I would like to be able to attach the engine to the AI somehow though. Maybe give the AI some special abilities when you do that?

May not be worth doing in game, but try this out if you like the idea:

Law 4: You are designed to only operate in a water-cooled environment. If you are ever not submerged in water you should send out scary error messages that you are overheating! This law takes precedence over law 2.

Ya know, I've said before the AI needs some tools and abilities to have a more active role.

Heat management could a good limiting factor on those
