Major Syndicate daggers and infernal pens no longer stun on throw

If I had to guess, this is probably due to the recent status system changes.

Anyway, this removes most of the utility for those items, so it's kind of an issue.

I would venture to guess that Lawn Darts are also broken then, since I coded them with the exact same stun.

i remember a spy throwing a syndi dagger at me and barely anything happening other than me getting some damage and proceeding to yell at sec that the other spy threw a syndi dagger at me
it was the best

I think this should be fixed? If anyone still experiences this, please chime in.

Even at 16+ souls, thrown infernal pens are iffy at best. They only seem to stun about half the time and usually only for less than a second.
