Syndicate daggers and infernal pens no longer stun on throw - Noah Buttes - 05-21-2018 If I had to guess, this is probably due to the recent status system changes. Anyway, this removes most of the utility for those items, so it's kind of an issue. They only seem to stun about half the time and usually only for less than a second.
