I think we should stray from anything that teleports you, since there's an event based on that already

simple symptom, simple solution, easy to work around but still at least inconvenient for those who need to do it many times.

... Since no one has said it yet, I think spatial tears are fine as is. They add an interesting dimension to play and can be worked around with some effort. That said they should last for about 10% of the time they do now.

Pods, disposal pipes, hand tele on random, the big teleporter, mechanic teleporters... I'm sure there's more, it's just like a wall. Back in the old days you could crate scoot through 'em.
