unfuck the paint machine

its nearly impossible to fix and in my years of playing since its being made broken ive never seen it fixed

last i checked the probability to fix it successfully was turned up way higher
also, you can scan and copy broken paint machines to give yourself extra tries

why not just cut out the middleman so one doesn't have to waste 15-20 minutes doing that

It's entirely possible to fix, I've done it several times myself. I kinda like the little bit of work you have to put in to get it up and running, but I think that at the very least the requirement to refill it with paint should be removed so you can fix it on rounds where the QM doesn't exist/is being rude, and/or remove the failure rate entirely - it doesn't add anything but tedium, since you can just scan the broken one and keep printing them out until you get a fixable one.

The "filling it with paint" part is pretty goddamn annoying yeah, it'd be nice if there was like, an ink cartridge lying around in the warehouse or something
You have to very slowly and carefully click on it 20 times, swapping the paint out, and make sure not to hit anything else or you have to buy a whole nother crate
