On the topic of the uniform, my original statement holds.

On the topic of the stickers/Distinguished Shitcurity Service Ribbons, I'm thinking of one of those cheap gimmicky Sheriff badges they sell to children for three bucks with their name on it. Give the HoS a box (or a secure briefcase) full of them. Call them Lil Redshirt/Security/Shitcurity Badges. Make them for sale at some hidden place in space for three credits, to emphasize how cheap they are. Make them worn on the belt, so security has stylish beltwear.

100% Guarantee they will become more valuable than other security shit, like armor and guns.

Oh, and the HoS has a 'The Law' badge made of solid gold to show up those asshats.
