An armload of bugs
#16
It's kinda funny that you're coming out of the cloner early as a melty man with a stump arm and misplaced eyes and wondering why you can't use your stumpy arm to pick up things.
Like, this feature has been in longer than dismemberment dudes.

This and dismemberment don't seem to talk with each other. You come out with a permanently unusable left arm, but:
  • The UI slot for your left arm is not greyed out.
  • For the dismemberment system you do have an arm.
  • If someone tries to attach you a left arm, they will be told an arm is already there.
  • Surgery can remove that arm and reattach it. Although it won't make it functional.

To make it clear the arm is gone attempted surgeries could get a "there isn't enough meat on the bone" kind of message.

This would fix the misunderstanding. It would also be cool if genetic freaks could get super rad robot arms too.
