Traitor Power Hammer. Doesn't do a whole lot of damage but hitting someone blows them back a bunch of tiles and smashes them through windows and grilles and knocks other people over if they hit them and does a bunch of damage if they hit something tough like a wall or airlock. Hitting a table makes them do backflips & lose their shoes.
Red Faction Guerrilla is basically what traitor miners should be.

syndicate sauce could use some more hilarity of some sort. i find it kind of weird that chemists can make floor pills that set your lungs on fire and (usually) not get yelled at over the radio, but you put one burger out with syndicate sauce on it and people scream fucking murder about it before you ever have a chance to lace another one.

Aye. What I want to do is make initro (or a new reagent) metabolize out of your bloodstream pretty quickly, but delay the damage it causes for several minutes. There's an empty niche for a delayed traitor poison with non-unique symptoms that would kick in after you've done a bunch of stuff. More sneaky poison, less HELP MY VISION WENT GRAY, GUY STANDING NEXT TO ME IS TRAITOR!!!
Current syndicate sauce sucks because it's way too damned obvious.

Janitor should have some kind of rat poison as a traitor item.
e.g Some really really toxic stuff that they either have to convince someone to drink it, or steal a syringe from medbay. Perhaps make it sprinkle on food, so chef is blamed?

That sounds really really awesome actually. I'd still hope for a ridiculous and outlandish recipe for initro but I like this.
Are you also considering reworking booster enzymes? It kind of sucks since it seems to have a white-list and smoke is a lot more effective. Even before the 3 reagent smoke thing, smoke was infinitely more useful than boosters.

Yeah boosters is dissapointingly useless. The only use I've found was that I ended up with so much dylovene in my blood from it that I couldn't get any more reagents into it, but that's just depressingly useless.

Showers could use a revamp in my opinion, from 3x3 square-area annoyance spray into just one square, where the nozzle is located, and they should put out fires from whoever is standing underneath.

This gives me the idea of a sprinkler system along the roof which can be turned on to put out large fires. And of course if you get into the source room you can contaminate it and spread napalm across the station.
