This thread has just been defeated in the battle for replies by the latest non-corporate spam thread containing a squashed wrestler.
Given the clear lack of interest I'm going to close the game down, for now. I may re-activate it later but it'll almost certainly be with a different ruleset.

Turns out it was an active Nuke, but, it was also a dud.

Parliament has been destroyed, and anyone in it, is dead, including the person who triggered the bomb. The building has collapsed in on itself.
A few windows in neighbouring buildings have been damaged, but the most widespread problem is radiation.
Hundreds in nearby buildings are now dead, weather or not their bodies have come to terms with that fact, and about 5,000 have been admitted to the hospital.
