We're still largely in the dark about it, what we know for sure is that you need BYOND 509 and hardware acceleration.
You may also want to try:
- Toggling BYOND hardware acceleration off and then back on.
- Updating your graphics card drivers.
- Updating to the latest DirectX 9 (if you're still using DX9)
- Updating to at least DirectX 10 (if updating to the latest DX9 didn't solve it)
