Maybe cargo vendomat can handle crates? Click drag a closed crate to console to sell entire crate as a single pack. Examine shows the names of the objects inside. Otherwise works like selling anything else.
Purchasing could cause the crate to appear in front of the vending section, possibly rolling out on a mini belt.
