Chicken soup doesn't seem to cure colds anymore

I'm guessing this has to do with the reworked Pathogen system - I received a cold from a random event and went to a dispenser to get chicken soup, downing two entire containers, but it didn't seem to help even slightly. The wiki says it's RNG-based, but it seems like a 10 percent chance would proc inside of 150 ticks.
