Wait, couldn't this just be used as a fast murder? Hold hostage, then just purposefully execute?

This requires you to be able to grab someone and have a gun. Both of these are already fast ways to murder people. It's probably faster to just shoot them with a revolver a couple of times than to chokegrab them and execute them.

I suppose it's a small buff because if someone's unconscious/extremely off-guard you can kill them with a single bullet and conserve ammo but that's about it.
