Add an IV drip and chair in security for lethal injection

This would be a nice, tame way to execute bad guys without resorting to lasers or the detectives revolver. It could come empty to allow the HoS to mix up something fun. A mix of cat drugs and embalming fluid is hilarious.

Put it in the armory if need be. Would probably be better in the small prisoner room in the court for public executions, or in some new room.
