The issue: When someone is brigged, unless you strip absolutely everything capable of breaking a window off them, prisoners will immediately begin knocking down windows in plain sight no matter how long their sentence is. Even if you do strip them, they can get stuff from the arcade machine. They can do this because if you want to stop them, officers have to go into the brig itself and subdue the fuckers all over again. All it takes is a bit of robustness, a lucky disarm, and now you're being beaten to death with your own stun baton. Even if you're smart and use your flash, it still leads to godawful Benny Hill chase scenes on people you've already brigged. God help you if they get on a segway.
Solution: A new button on the flusher controls that, when pressed, applies a stun baton's worth of shock up through the brig floors to everyone inside. It won't stop them from beating down the windows with their shoes, but at the very least they'll have to do it while no one is watching. Also, a fun button to push.
I don't want to have to completely strip people over minor, non-traitorous crimes - nothing cheeses me off more at security than getting released while all my junk sits in the middle of sec and no one will return it. This way, officers can feel safer about brigging people with their shit after a search. If they decide to abuse the privilege, shock 'em and take it away, pick up your effects at the front desk when we have time.
