Clown Traitor Item: Non-Slip Clown Shoes

Actually, clown shoes were made to slip clowns up because it was a punishment job on goonstation. On other stations they generally don't make you slip at all, so it would be kinda funny if these were a traitor item that when examined said, "these seem imported..." or something along those lines.
