It's come to my attention that my previous post is misleading, I'm not against this guy becoming HoS, I'm just not informed enough about him to give him a yes. Due to the dichotomy of the Yes/No system this means I had to give him a no. However, I'd rather just Yes his Mentor-ness and Abstain from voting about his HoS-ness.
