It's a QOL deal for sure, but when it comes to Genetics, err on the side of making their lives harder. Jerks.

But seriously, the point of this would be to get rid of the obnoxious flipping back and forth from the genome archive to the gene to back to the archive to back to the gene. It's just a waste of time, and having /some/ faster way to unlock genes that you've already discovered would make gene combo texting a lost less agonizing.
