Expand the backstory of telesci areas

Isn't the solarium roughly it's own plot.

That said I do think some things that carry across zlevels could be neat, like exploring the journal of a dead telescientist to discover where they stashed some stolen gold or something.

If it were possible, the journal could change details so that the actual path to find the treasure is never in the same place.
